Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

All Dreamy Tee and Virtual Ticket Package orders are pre-orders. Sales close on January 31 at 11:59pm EST. Orders will ship at the beginning of March, and timing of delivery will depend on the carrier delivering your package. Gift cards are e-cards rather than physical cards.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. There is no shipping required for tickets to the retreat in Toronto, as your Dreamy Tee will be available for pickup along with your tote bag, in person.

What is your return policy?

As this is a non-profit organization, our operation depends on revenue from ticket sales, merchandize sales, and sponsorships. All Dreamy Tees are made to order. For these reasons we are unable to accept returns of any merchandize or tickets. If your Dreamy Tee arrived with any defects or damage, please send an email with your order number and photos of the damage to hello@freetobeme.ca

Which shipping options are available?

We currently offer $9 flat rate shipping in Canada and the US, and $12 flat rate shipping for orders in the UK. If you are local to Toronto, you may choose the local pickup option at First Canadian Place.
